On June 30, the Management Committee of XMTORCH, Jinyuan Group and CALB Technology Co., Ltd. signed the Investment Cooperation Agreement. The CALB "New-type Power Lithium Battery Production Line Project” with a total investment of RMB 10 billion was formally settled in XMTORCH. This is the first high-tech industrial project with an investment of RMB 10 billion after the implementation of the "widely attracting great investment” strategy in our city this year. The project covers a land use scale of 850 mu, and can produce 20 Gwh per year after reaching design capacity. CALB not only fills in the key missing links for the construction of new-energy automobile industry cluster in our city, but also lays an important foundation for our city to introduce new energy vehicle manufacturing enterprises.

　　As the main position for the development of high-tech industry in our city, XMTORCH takes investment attraction as the priority, focuses on the target and exerts more pressure on itself, thus forming a strong atmosphere of "high-level promotion, up-down linkage and joint investment attraction". In addition, it has negotiated and landed a series of high-quality projects through the implementation of powerful measures such as "full time coverage, all-weather investment attraction", "full coverage of businessmen, investment attraction in all areas" and "full coverage of opportunities, seizing all opportunities to attract investment".

　　Since our city held the city-wide investment attraction conference at the end of April, XMTORCH has added 48 new projects under discussion and promotion, of which 16 ones have been signed with investment agreements. The areas to which these projects belong are distributed in prioritized 100 billion industrial chain clusters in our city. They are large projects with high added value and strong driving force, having played the role of strengthening, supplementing and extending the industrial chain.

　　From January to May this year, the amount of actual utilization of foreign capital and contractual utilization of foreign capital by XMTORCH ranked first and third in all districts of the city respectively, and all task indicators exceeded the scheduled progress. In May, the actual utilization of foreign capital by XMTORCH increased by 473% year on year, while the contractual utilization of domestic capital (excluding capital increase) increased by 174% year on year, whose completed amounts ranked the forefront in all districts of the city.
